Peter Lanza began his career with New York Life in 2006 as a 3rd generation agent in the New Jersey General Office. He worked in various capacities in different Home Office departments, expanding his skills and knowledge until he heeded the call and desire to return to the field as an agent in 2014. Upon doing so, Peter quickly began to build his business, qualifying for Executive Council in 2015 and 2017 as well as President’s Council in 2016. He also qualified to be a member of the Million Dollar Round Table* twice during that time.
As a result, Peter was promoted and given the opportunity to join the management team in the New Jersey General Office. Peter became a partner in 2017 and focused on hiring and developing new agents and coaching them to have the same success he had as an agent. He has been recognized as a Top 50 Leading Partner in 2018 - 2020 and was the New Jersey Partner of the Year in both 2018 and 2020. In 2021 Peter was promoted to the Managing Partner of the Northeastern PA General Office.
